Noemi leads GovAI’s survey work, which has included surveying AI researchers’ views on the ethics, governance, and future of AI; leading economists’ views on AI and economic growth; the views of local US policymakers before and after ChatGPT was released; public attitudes towards AI in Europe and the US; and experts’ views on AGI safety and governance best practices. She holds a DPhil in Experimental Psychology from Oxford.
